In addition to the structure, you also have to pay attention to the language features , aka the linguistic rules in the Job Application Letter , guys ! The Job Application Letter must be written in a formal and polite language . In addition, you also have to use the right tenses and in accordance with the sentences you write.



For the part of the letter that describes the skills you have and the current situation , you can use the Simple Present Tense . As for the part of the letter that describes the achievements or experiences you have achieved in the past , you can use the Simple Past Tense .

3. Describe Your Experience and Qualifications


In the next paragraph the job application letter should highlight your experience, qualifications, and skills that align with the company's goals and mission.



4. Include Aspects of Your Personality


When writing a job application letter, consider including aspects of your personality while remaining professional. Compose the letter in a friendly and attractive manner for job recruiters to notice.



5. Express Appreciation


Before signing a job application letter, convey your appreciation to the recruiter or HRD who read the letter and considered your application. The recruiter took the time to read your cover letter, so thank you for the time spent politely and professionally closing the document.

6. Cover Letter


Many people use 'Sincerely' or 'Best' to close a letter with a signature. The cover letter of the job application must contain your full name. If you are sending a hard copy of the letter, include your signature above your name. When emailing a cover letter, you should include your contact information under your name, not in the header.
